We want you to love your Steadia Knee Sleeve. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us through email at support@steadialy.com or our contact page with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
3. Once your request is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

In most cases we do not ask you to send the product back. If we ever need a return, we will tell you in advance and provide the instructions.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible through email at support@steadialy.com or our contact page.

Exceptions

The guarantee applies to orders placed on our website. Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the order. Orders showing obvious abuse (for example repeated refund requests across many orders) may be declined.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also keep their statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery, in addition to this guarantee.
