Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You can follow your package with the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Address errors

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us through email at support@steadialy.com or our contact page before your order ships and we will update it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@steadialy.com and we will help you right away, including with a free reshipment when appropriate.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered without additional customs fees for the customer.
